What happens when we grow 5,000 leeks and discover that Martha Stewart has sworn leeks out of her kitchen for the season? Or if 200 heads of bok choy come in beautifully and then the weather suddenly turns hot? We turn around and offer these "bumper crops" to restauranteurs and produce retailers at very flexible prices. Adding your name to our email list will give you first pick at surplus crops as soon as they become available. We pick fresh, and we pick to order. CSA
13 Moon Harvest offers seasonal subscriptions to shares of sustainably grown fruits and vegetables to residents of the Pioneer Valley. With a CSA subscription, varying seasonal produce can be picked up on a weekly basis from June to October, giving you the widest selection possible of fresh, local produce as well as access to unusual and gourmet varieties.
